Video Blog? Apparently not…
Posted in Uncategorized on April 23, 2008 | Leave a Comment »

Three times, I tried recording a video blog-and three times-no matter what I did, it recorded without sound. ARG. I’ll try downloading a different program tomorrow and try using that instead.
For now, sincerest apologies for having no updates. Rest assured that there’s nothing of huge interest to report, just [...]

Had a crap day at work today.
Tried to do a video blog post, but kept rambling and when I finally got into one that was going ok, the girls decided it would be fun to come and interrupt. I got all annoyed-because it was annoying-and now one of them is upset.
Will try again tomorrow.

Hokay, so firstly, there are pictures of our now furnished apartment on the updated Apartment Pictures Page. Secondly, here’s a selection of pictures from our first 3 weeks. Some, I’m just not going to bother posting ‘cos they’re just not the sort of thing you show your mother over the internet. Some, however, I will. [...]

Our hotel is booked. [...]

Overly enthusiastic grey haired man:
“It’s like a freight train of DATA. COMING TO MY HOUSE”
Mother of two daughters also in the shot with thick brooklyn accent:
“I can upload all my large files in an instant. DONE”
Now, what need would a mother of 2 have for uploading large files? Does anybody smell a home-porn business? Because [...]

Righty! So, we’re up as far as the, like, millionth year of being in Boston… Seriously, it feels like I’ve been here so bloody long. It’s ridiculous to think that it’s not even 2 weeks since we’ve arrived. We’ve done so much and had to do so much that it’s bizarre to think that we’r [...]

Week 1 - Day 1- 3/31 (note the snazzy American layout thing)
So, I left home way too early for our 10am start. I was out our door around 8.15. We were at [...]

Right, so, it’s Tuesday now, and I’m trying to remember things I did 4 or 5 days ago, so it might not be the most accurate, but it’s better than nothing.
Friday
We got up at stupid O’ Clock (like, 7.30… I know!) and checked out of the hotel. Side note: We were sorta offered jobs [...]
